Services Overview

Session Booking and Deposits
- All session bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed session agreement and required deposit.
- Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date if rescheduling is needed.
- Session pricing is as listed on our website at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
- We ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule your session.
- Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may forfeit the deposit.
- In the event of inclement weather, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.
- If we need to cancel or reschedule for any reason on our end, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Payment Terms
- Full payment is due on or before the date of your session, unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept payment via the methods specified at the time of booking.
- Additional products or services purchased after your session are due upon order.
Image Delivery and Usage
- Edited images are typically delivered within 2-3 weeks of your session via an online gallery.
- You receive a print release for personal, non-commercial use of your images.
- Images may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
- We ask that you do not apply additional filters or edits to images when sharing publicly, as they represent our brand and artistic style.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
All photographs taken by WinCo Photos are protected by copyright law. WinCo Photos retains full copyright of all images.
- You are granted a personal use license for images delivered to you.
- WinCo Photos reserves the right to use images from your session for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless you opt out in writing prior to your session.
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our images is prohibited.
